Prelude Summer Institute 2024
Transform your teaching with music in this two-day intensive Summer Institute for our current partners! From 8:00AM to 4:00PM on July 24 & 25, you will integrate music into your lesson plans, collaborate with other teachers and PMF Specialists, sing, drum, and learn to play the ukulele!

- Experience a two-day intensive professional development workshop with the Prelude Music Foundation
- Explore the research behind the Music Together® program
- Learn how music builds neural pathways, supports cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and academic development, and helps enhance daily life
- Learn songs from the Play Along Blue Collection in preparation for next year
- Collaborate and share ideas and expertise with other preschool educators from throughout the city of Houston
- Work hand-in-hand with Music Specialists from the Prelude Music Foundation
- Integrate music into your lesson plans for next year
- Learn to play the Hello Song and receive your very own Ukulele
- Leave equipped with Music Together songs to use in the class to connect, redirect, and teach your students through music!

Summer Institute 2023
This ticket includes mandatory attendance at both the August 8th & 9th Summer Institute workshops. Workshop days begin at 8:30 am and conclude at 4:30 pm. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
