Prelude Summer Institute 2023
Transform your teaching with music in this two-day intensive Summer Institute for our current partners! From 8:30AM to 4:30PM on August 8 & 9, you will integrate music into your lesson plans, collaborate with other teachers and PMF Specialists, sing, drum, and learn to play the ukulele!

- Experience a two-day intensive professional development workshop with the Prelude Music Foundation
- Explore the research behind the Music Together® program
- Learn how music builds neural pathways, supports cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and academic development, and helps enhance daily life
- Learn songs from the Play Along Green Collection in preparation for next year
- Collaborate and share ideas and expertise with other preschool educators from throughout the city of Houston
- Work hand-in-hand with Music Specialists from the Prelude Music Foundation
- Integrate music into your lesson plans for next year
- Learn to play the Hello Song and receive your very own Ukulele
- Leave equipped with Music Together songs to use in the class to connect, redirect, and teach your students through music!
