Musicians from around Houston join the Prelude Music Foundation for a family-friendly concert. Children and families will sing and dance together as professional musicians from Houston Grand Opera, Houston Ballet, Mercury Chamber Orchestra, Apollo, and Roco play family-favorite songs on their violins, violas, trumpets, percussion, bass, clarinets, and so much more. Bring your children of any age to engage with these wonderful musicians from around Houston!
This 45-minute family engagement concert is for families and children to experience the joy of music-making! We encourage you to sing along, dance, and express yourself through music. By gathering professional musicians from around Houston for this concert, we are hoping to share with our guests not only how powerful music really is but how important it is for everyone to have access to it. After the concert, these musicians will meet you in the lobby and share how music changed their lives.
All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to support the Prelude MusicFoundation's program.
